Our Directors are deeply involved in all mandates. We pride ourselves that all clients receive the benefit of the highest quality advice and expertise. To ensure this we have deliberately kept our team small, which not only produces the best outcomes, but also does so in a cost-effective manner with a highly experienced team; and because Clavell has always sought to build long-term relationships with outstanding businesses, it has acted for a large number of clients for over a decade.

Experience

Clavell has assisted many iconic New Zealand and Australian businesses with both strategic and professional execution of each task undertaken. As well as completing multiple M&A transactions every year, Clavell has also acted as lead manager in a number of very successful IPOs and listings on the New Zealand Exchange, which underscores the history of its founders as members of the Exchange for over 20 years. Clavell has advised a wide range of companies including, Metlifecare Group, A2 Milk, Qantas Airways, Griffins, Carpet Court, 1-day.co.nz, Abano Healthcare Group, Cerebos Gregg’s, ACP Media and Nano Digital Home Loans. Clavell has also advised numerous companies operating in the aged care sector including Metlifecare Group and LifeCare Residences, both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Independence

Clavell gives completely independent advice as it does not offer any other investment banking products and services and is not part of another organisation offering such services. Accordingly, it does not have the conflicts such linkages necessarily create.
